The Dual Series Outer & Inner Thigh by Hoist has exercise arms that can be adjusted from the seated position, and the thigh pads swivel for each exercise position. The Hoist Outer & Inner Thigh gives you multiple range-of-motion adjustments for both the outer and inner thigh.
