The Spirit Recumbent Stepper is the perfect solution for those clients wanting a low-impact, full-body workout.  The seated stepping motion utilizes a linked, linear motion. Which enables users to self-adjust the stroke length to accommodate their range-of-motion capabilities. With an amazing smooth stepping action which is complemented with oversize cushioned foot pedals and linked natural upper body motion with large cushioned multi-grip handles. Lastly, don’t forget the step-through frame design for users with limited mobility.

There is a bar graph integrated into the console that lets you know where your heart rate is in relation to projected maximum (calculated when you enter your age in the programming section of each program).


The bright LED screen displays all pertinent information is displayed during the workout and a summary of accumulated data scrolls when you have finished.


The cooling fans come standard on all of our fitness bikes. This helps individuals extend their workout by helping keep you cooled off.


This model comes equipped with premium speakers already installed. With a port for MP3 players to help you enjoy your favorite tunes while building your health.




The design of the electronics feature an intuitive interface for ease operation, large easy-to-read displays, and multiple program options for users of all levels of fitness. A storage tray for your accessories (phone, keys, or an MP3 player). Also, comes with a seat mounted pulse grip handles for a comfortable hand position, and a turbo cooling fan to keep your clients cool and encourage them to workout longer. When using the manual mode this program mode is exactly as expected. The customer has complete control of the equipment.  This mode may be preferred when time is irrelevant, or the customer wants complete control of the recumbent stepper.



This program follows a pyramid type of gradual progression (approximately 10% of maximum effort based on the level that you chose before starting this program) up to a maximum effort which lasts for 10% of the total workout. Then this followed by a gradual regression of resistance back to the original setting (approximately 10% adjustment).



This program follows a quick progression up to the maximum resistance level.  This is sustained for approximately 2/3 of the workout.



This program presents a quick progression up to near maximum resistance level (default or user input level). It has slight fluctuations up and down to allow your heart rate to elevate. Then going through recovery process repeatedly. Lastly, the mode begins a quick cool down. This will build up your heart muscle and increase blood flow. Which in time will increase lung capacity.



This program has a gradual progression of resistance up to 100% of maximum effort that is sustained for 25% of workout duration. This will help build strength and muscular endurance in the lower body and glutes. This is followed by a brief cool down.



This program takes you through high levels of intensity followed by recovery periods of low intensity. This program utilizes and develops your “Fast Twitch” muscle fibers. The intervals fluctuating like this simulate performing tasks that are intense and short in duration. When these deplete your oxygen level and spike your heart rate, the recumbent stepper followed by periods of recovery and heart rate drop to replenish oxygen. Lastly, this helps your cardiovascular system gets programmed to use oxygen more efficiently.


With both programs working in a similar fashion. The programs attempt to keep you within 3-5 heart beats of your target heart rate. The percent is automatically increased or decreased affecting the resistance level. The heart rate mode (1) has a 60% (better for a fat loss goal) of projected heart rate maximum default. The heart rate mode (2) has an 80% efficiency of projected heart rate maximum default.  Lastly, this mode is better for a cardiovascular conditioning goal.



With the two user mode you can store personal information. This allows a custom designed program. You decide what the resistance will be for each segment of the program. Lastly, don’t forget to take advantage of the save feature. This allows easy switching when using multiple users.
