Shipping Information:

Shipping fees are determined by the total weight of the order and the shipping location. Many of our products are shipped for free and will be indicated on the product detail page. If you order a combination of items with some that ship for free and some requiring a shipping charge, you will not be charged shipping on the free-shipping items.

  • Currently, we ship within the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, and all US Territories.
  • We ask that you contact us for a shipping quote before you make an online purchase ( or 901-335-6993). Otherwise, we will contact you after you purchase.
  • The size and weight of your order will determine how we ship; via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, UPS, Fed Ex ground or a Common Carrier with curbside delivery. (We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses APO / FPO).
  • The delivery address must be accessible to a semi-trailer truck for non-UPS size shipments.
  • Allow 2-3 working days for processing and shipping and allow up to 7 working days in transit time if we have the item in stock.
  • If we must order your purchase from our manufacturer, the timeframe will have to be adjusted.
  • Once your order ships you will be notified of the carrier and tracking number.

Common Carrier Truck Shipments:

Large and/or heavy items may not be able to ship parcel service and may require the use of a Common Carrier such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight or R & L Carriers.

  • The standard delivery is curbside to curbside which does not include unloading.
  • The driver’s responsibility is to only bring your order to the end of his truck.
    • Most drivers will assist customers, out of politeness, to unload the order to the ground at the curb, but there is no guarantee of this.
    • Therefore, you are ultimately responsible for unloading the equipment from the back of the truck and moving it into its new location.
    • You MUST request and pay for additional services to help take the order off the back of the truck, without driver assistance, and move it to the new location before the driver arrives, such as:
      • lift gate services
      • moving into your garage or home
      • long carries, etc.

Each carrier performs these services a bit differently, so it is imperative you contact Exercise Unlimited immediately and pay for “additional” services in advance. We must make the necessary arrangements with the carrier.

  • The delivery company will contact you to set up a delivery date.
  • Residential customers must be home to sign for the shipment.
  • Customers must provide a working phone number so the carrier can schedule a delivery.
  • If the carrier cannot reach the customer due to a non-working phone number or no returned calls from the customer to schedule a delivery, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse.
  • Due to the high cost involved with shipping of large or heavy items, it will be the customers responsibility to pay the shipping charges both ways for a non-delivered order going back to the warehouse.
  • The same charges will apply if the customer cancels the order in route or refuses delivery once the order has been delivered.
  • If you are unable to be home the day of delivery, pick-up at the carrier’s local terminal may be required.
