Built-in wireless heart rate receiver compatible with Bluetooth and 5KHz heart rate transmitters (sold separately) and contact hand pulse sensors on the handlebars help keep your workouts safe and effective.

ADJUSTABLE STRIDE
Electronically adjustable 18”-24” stride length can be adjusted in .5” increments to accommodate users of all heights and fitness levels. Replicate walking, jogging, and running depending on the length of stride chosen.

ERGONOMIC PEDALS
Spirit Fitness elliptical trainers feature an integrated 2-degree inward tilt to make your workout more comfortable. This design puts you in an anatomically correct position. The pedals are also padded, placing less pressure on your feet.
