Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Exercise Unlimited.

Simply contact our staff within 24 hours of your purchase to let us know of your cancellation decision with an online purchase.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping or free local delivery?

Occasionally, we are able to provide free shipping on certain items. Feel free to contact us by phone or email to look at your options.

Why do some items show no shipping options?

We are working to make sure you have the best price available for shipping solutions to your location. If you need a quote on a shipping price, please contact us.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the continental United States. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the item, it may take up to ten days. Some items may be on backorder from the manufacturer. But we do our best to make sure we have what you need when you need it.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).Be aware that while your method of payment is taken immediately, refunds after cancellation to your original method of payment may take 7-10 business days. This is not any fault of Exercise Unlimited. It is your financial institution that is holding the payment refund. If after ten business days you do not see a refund, please contact us to let us know.

Returns on new items are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in its original packaging with all owner manuals, parts, and accessories. If you need to ship the product back, you are responsible for the shipping charges. 

Accepted returns are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

Customers who paid by cash in store will be refunded by company check within 14 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any delivery, shipping, or set up charges. If are not able to bring the item back to our warehouse and require the use of our trucks for pickup, additional charges may apply. 

All sales are considered final for the following items: Clearance items, discontinued items, and pre-owned products. Accessories must be returned in unopened, original packaging to receive a full refund.

Should I invest in New or Pre-Owned Equipment?

When purchasing exercise equipment, two options are available: buying new or pre-owned equipment. New exercise equipment offers the latest technology and features and is often covered by a warranty. On the other hand, pre-owned exercise equipment is more affordable and can be an excellent option for those on a tight budget. However, pre-owned equipment may not have the latest features and may require maintenance more frequently. Ultimately, the decision to purchase new or pre-owned exercise equipment will depend on your budget, needs, and preferences. At Exercise Unlimited, we offer both new and pre-owned equipment to meet the diverse needs of our customers and help them achieve their fitness goals.

There are so many brands. How will I know which equipment brand to purchase?

Narrow your exercise equipment brand options by budget, company reputation, and extended warranty availability. When you do your research, you can feel confident in your selection. With over 65 top brands to choose from, our staff is eager to guide you through the decision-making process.

Are there warranties on all the equipment you sell?

Every product comes with a standard manufacturer warranty; terms and conditions differ for each piece of equipment. In addition, we stand behind the products we sell and want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us.  If there is ever an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Space Planning

How will I know if I have enough room in my space for this exercise equipment?

We can’t answer that without seeing your space, but we do offer 3D rendering software that can provide a precise visual of where to place each piece of equipment based on your available space.

Commercial Equipment

I am interested in purchasing equipment for my gym or facility? Do you carry commercial equipment or offer special pricing?

We offer bulk discounts and can fill your entire commercial gym, business, school, or institution with the highest quality exercise equipment from top fitness brands. We also offer delivery, set-up, and installation in the Greater Memphis area. Please contact us for a quote!

What kind of payment options do you provide?

When you purchase an item from Exercise Unlimited online, you may pay with major credit cards, or finance payment through Shop.

When purchasing in-store, you may also pay with major credit cards, plus we do offer financing for qualified buyers.
