WEAR GUARDS: High-impact, polyurethane wear guards help protect the bench and Olympic bar from metal-on-metal contact and are segmented for easy replacement.

RATCHETING SEAT ADJUSTMENT: The gas-assisted seat adjustment allows exercisers to get the right fit for their body.
