INDEPENDENT MOVEMENT ARMS
Designed to demand greater balance and core muscle engagement, the independent arm resistance, and converging pushing angles increase the range of motion of the exercise.

RATCHETING SEAT ADJUSTMENT
The ratcheting, gas-assisted seat adjustment features an ergonomic, over-molded rubber adjustment handle, making it easy and comfortable for exercisers to get the right fit.

PRESSING HANDLES
Oversized 1.5 in (3.8 cm) handles make pressing exercises more comfortable by distributing the load over a larger area of the exerciser’s hand and reducing strain.

WEIGHT STORAGE HORNS
