A variety of preset programs, including a goal-oriented Time, Calories, and Distance Series, keep you motivated throughout your workout, and convenient handlebar pulse sensors on the lower handlebars are always within reach. Easily adjust the large high-density foam seat (forwards/back) or recline for a more comfortable position. Oversized, cushioned quick latch foot pedals and ergonomic hand grips ensure comfort at all touch points so you can keep moving.
